Access to pedestrian areas is controlled by retractable bollards. The bollards can be lowered in two ways:
- by usingthecontactless access card
- For professionals: Contact us via intercom for one-time, short-term service calls or repairs; or, for long-term projects, by requesting an ordinance from City Hall
The driver must always remain near his vehicle.
Users authorized to access the area must use the entrances and exits closest to their homes.
The exit, meanwhile, is still completely free.
From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: vehicle access is prohibited, except for emergency repairs.
Non-resident ownersmust press the call button to access pedestrian areas when necessary (unloading heavy goods) or submit request a permit from the Orléans Métropole Regulatory Department to carry out work (mandatory).
