- a photocopy of the applicant's ID and full contact details
- a photocopy of the vehicle's current registration certificate.
- a photocopy of proof of residence in the relevant area dated within the last three months (electricity bill, telephone bill, etc.)
- an up-to-date Kbis extract for merchants and companies.
Access cards are validfor one year, for a specific area (Carmes, Old Town, or Martroi).
They must be renewed each year, upon presentation of supporting documents.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the card: a fee of €15 will be charged for replacement.
In case of moving: the access card must be returned.
