This charter (hereinafter: the "Charter") describes how ORLÉANS GESTION, 45 Ter, rue des Montées – 45074 ORLÉANS CEDEX, FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher") processes your personal data via stationnement-orleans.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") in its capacity as data controller. This processing is carried out in accordance with the privacy and personal data protection rights of its users. 

This Charter allows you to learn about the conditions under which the Publisher obtains, uses, and stores your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data"). The Data that we may collect, process, and/or transmit when you access and/or use the Site is described here. 

This Charter may be updated in line with changes in the law and the data processed. If any clause in this Charter is declared null and void or contrary to regulations, it shall be deemed unwritten but shall not invalidate the other clauses in this Charter. 

The Charter applies only to Data collected through the Site. 

The Charter does not apply to information collected by third parties (websites, advertisements, etc.) that refer users to the Website. By browsing our website, you accept the application of this Charter without reservation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide via the Website. You may correct or modify it at any time by written request/email.


WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

Depending on your use of the Site, the Publisher may collect the following Data:

  • Your email address for all electronic communications with the Publisher;
  • Your identity so that we can contact you: Last name, first name, company, address, postal code, city, telephone number, and email address;
  • Your identity for access to our online services (Orléans Pedestrian Zone Access): Last name, first name, address, postal code, city, phone number, email address, and supporting documents (vehicle registration, ID card, etc., depending on the request);
  • Data relating to use of and navigation on the Website: IP address, browser used, search history, pages viewed, etc.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD 

Some Data will be collected directly when you fill out contact forms or register for our online services. In this case, your consent will be requested beforehand and may be withdrawn at any time for optional services and services without a subscription. 

Other Data may be collected indirectly through the use of third-party services, for statistical tracking or social networks, for example, in the form of Cookies/Trackers. You will be asked for your consent to the use of cookies when you first log in, and you can change your settings at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page.


PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION 

As a user of the Site, your Data may be collected (with your consent):

  • To enable you to contact us via our contact form;
  • So that we can contact you again following a request from you;
  • To access and use our online services (Orléans Pedestrian Zone Access).

Cookies/Trackers collect data for:

  • Analyze and track traffic on the Site for statistical purposes to improve the Site and monitor its performance. These are optional.

Refusal to fill in all or part of the data in certain forms may result in the inability to use the services provided.


WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA? 

Your Data is processed exclusively by the Publisher's staff for the management of your services.

  • If we believe that disclosure is necessary or required to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Publisher, its customers, or other stakeholders.

External links to third-party websites managed by individuals or organizations over which the Publisher has no control may be present on the Website. We cannot be held responsible for the manner in which your Data is used on the servers of these third parties.


HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA 

The Publisher retains your Data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above. This retention period varies depending on the Data and its nature. The purpose pursued may cause this period to vary. Certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period. 

Your data may be stored for up to 12 months when you contact us via our contact form. 

Your data will be stored for the entire duration of the service when you register online (Access to Orléans Pedestrian Zones). You can request the deletion of your data at any time (from your "Account" section on the Website). This will take place within one month of your request (provided that your subscriptions have expired).

Data collected through cookies or trackers will be stored for up to one month. 

All other potential Data will be retained for up to 5 years.

Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be deleted or anonymized for storage exclusively for statistical purposes.


PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA 

Only data related to user accounts is stored online: last name, first name, address, postal code, city, phone number, email address. 

Other Data that you provide is not stored online and is sent directly to its own servers, or servers provided by Orléans Métropole. This data is inaccessible on the Internet. 

Data collection is protected by TLS encryption over the HTTPS protocol. All technical and organizational measures have been taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Data against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure. 

However, it is impossible to guarantee optimal security for information exchanged over the Internet. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to the Site. You transmit your Data at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with the privacy settings or security measures in place on the Site. You acknowledge that the security of your information is also your responsibility, through the securing and maintaining of the confidentiality of your password. 

The Publisher will never ask you for your passwords.


YOUR RIGHTS 

You have the option to express your consent or refusal to the collection and use of the Data you provide to us:

  • The Site can be used without cookies/trackers. In this case, certain parts of the Site may malfunction or be partially unavailable.
  • You may refuse to provide your contact details when entering your information. In this case, it will be impossible to contact us via this channel or to use our online services.

  • The right to withdraw consent, when consent has been requested. When your Data is processed on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, provided that this data is not used in connection with a subscription that is still in effect.

The Publisher may ask you to prove your identity before making any changes or deleting your personal data. You can exercise these rights by sending an email in French to stationnement@orleansgestion.fr or by post to the Publisher's address. We have one month to respond to any request relating to the exercise of your rights. This period may be extended by two months due to the complexity or excessive number of requests.


STORAGE OF COLLECTED DATA 

The Data that the Publisher collects within the framework of this Policy is hosted exclusively in France:

  • By the Publisher on its own servers;
  • By Orléans Métropole on its own servers, under contract with the Publisher;

Some data is also stored on the Publisher's internal servers and is not accessible on the Internet.
