All subscription requests are made online. If you’re unable to log on, please go to the parking information point at 27, rue Charles Sanglier in Orléans, open Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 18:30 (excl. public holidays), taking all the necessary supporting documents (except for GARE DES AUBRAIS: request must be made online or via our operations team).
- “General public” subscription : valid ID document – proof of ownership of vehicle(s): vehicle(s) registration document, showing the same first and last names as the ID document – For professional users: company Kbis extract. For annual contracts: SEPA authorisation duly completed and signed, accompanied by a statement indicating your bank account or postal account details (RIB or RIP).
Supporting documents must be provided in pdf format. - “Resident” subscription : available to individuals residing within the area defined by the local authority in City Council Ruling dated 15 May 2017, and upon presentation of the following documents: valid ID document – proof of vehicle ownership: vehicle registration document, showing the same first and last names as the ID document – proof of residence: utilities bill (energy, fixed phone line or internet subscription) or certificate of energy supply, no more than 3 months old or, failing this, lease or notarised deed for the current year, showing the same first and last names as the ID document. For annual contracts: SEPA payment authorisation duly completed and signed, accompanied by a statement indicating your bank account or postal account details (RIB or RIP).
Supporting documents must be provided in pdf format. - “Work” subscription : available to individuals working within a paid parking zone, and upon presentation of the following supporting documents, to be sent in pdf format (imperative) :
- for individual users : valid ID document – proof of ownership of vehicle: vehicle registration document, showing the same first and last names as the ID document – declaration from employer indicating the individual’s name, with the same first and last names as the ID document.
- for professional users : proof of company: Kbis extract no more than 3 months old – proof of ownership of vehicle(s): vehicle(s) registration document or vehicle rental certificate, with the same company name as the Kbis extract.
- individual and professional users : for annual contracts : SEPA payment authorisation duly completed and signed, accompanied by a statement indicating your bank account or postal account details (RIB or RIP).
- “Resident student” subscription : available to individuals residing within the area defined by the local authority in City Council Ruling dated 15 May 2017, and upon presentation of the following documents: valid ID document – proof of ownership of vehicle: vehicle registration document, showing the same first and last names as the ID document – valid certificate of study in Orléans, showing the same first and last names as the ID document – proof of residence: utilities bill (energy, fixed phone line or internet subscription) or energy supply certificate, no more than 3 months old or, failing this, lease or notarised deed for the current year, showing the same first and last names as the ID document. For annual contracts: SEPA payment authorisation duly completed and signed, accompanied by a statement indicating your bank account or postal account details (RIB or RIP).
